I learned yesterday that you need to need to be cautious about the date food was cooked vs. When it was prepared at a restaurant.
Something tells me it was a hard lesson learned.

Oh no, hardly. It was new info to the KM a couple months back. They were just slacking on telling the other cooks, like me. So maybe for the KM it was for all I know, but it was just a simple message from one of the head guys in the company to me. He even said, don't bother changing the dates of food you prepped today.

Today I've bought a couple of science books. Learned about the gyroscope and how it works. I plan on reading everyday.
